  Every time I have called the office to ask a question the staff was rude and noninformative. They refuse to answer any questions before I come for a first appointment. They ask questions and tell me I need to find the answer when I ask clarifying questions. I was said something along the line if I'm not sure if my appt counts for what you are requiring before seeing me and I got the response "ok, whatever, hold on" with an irritating voice. I was considering using them for my pregnancy, but after both times I have called they were extremely rude and did not answer my simple questions, I won't be using them ever.
