  I came in driving an expensive modified Audi. I acted gullible and confused, to see if they'd recommend unnecessary things and try to squeeze money out of me. (I knew all I needed was brake pads) Surprisingly, the manager Steve simply said "let's get it on a lift and have Steven (mechanic) see what's wrong and what we need". Steven quickly came out and asked me about his concerns about putting my car on a lift since I had Air Bags as suspension and didn't want to damage them. I told em to proceed without worry and came back that all it needed was brake pads. Manager Steve then brought me an option of Pad selections and showed me the out the door price. I was in and out within an hour without spending a dime over what I needed to. Amazing experience and great customer service by Steve and Steven. Will bring my other cars here from now on.
