  An absolute mess. These people are unprofessional. The half have no idea what they are doing. So while attempting to do our taxes you have everyone yelling over desks to figure out how to do others taxes. No privacy what so ever. Everyone was switching demand computers we moved twice because computers didn't work or someone else needed the computer. Never again avoid this place. We left in the middle of taxes and told her to just nevermind. An hour there and we hadn't even gotten past the basic about you questions.
