  Too notch guys who care about thier customers. We were stranded in Jacksonville traveling from Orlando to get Maryland and they went above and beyond to help us given the fact we needed to be back in Maryland for work on Monday. Extremely knowledgable with many years of experience. Thank you again to Adam and the team. Too bad you are not closer to Maryland!!! Dont waste your time anywhere else!

  Went to purchase parts that was not 100% sure was needed to fix the problem. Went in detail with Adam about nit sure what parts would be needed and he said that ANYTHING that was purchased could be returned if not needed. Did not even take home all the parts purchased and the program he emailed to go with the programmer did not download properly and was not needed and returned the next day after he emailed me twice with two different instructions. Adam is refusing to return the $500 program that was not needed or that he programmed correctly. Called Adam to discuss what we had discussed at the time of purchase and how he told me everything could be returned and he said that he overwhelmed and did not mean that a program that was not downloaded and the programmer that was returned could. It be returned. VERY DISAPPONITED with the customer service and how they take advantage of people who aren't knowledgeable about diesel parts. He was told that the truck could be brought there for him to fix and he still refused to refund what he promised! Do not use this company unless you want to be stolen from!
