  I have never seen/encountered such inefficient front desk person EVER! Her name is Vina. Me and my husband have been trying to get a check-up and cleaning done. She asked for X-rays from our previous dentist since we are new patients. So we have emailed them to her as soon as we could and she said she will call to let me know when we will be seen. I called her after a couple days and she said she has not checked the email for our x-rays and have no idea when she can set up an appointment for our check-up. How hard could it be to find a date???? I called again after 2 weeks and she said that the doctor has not seen the x-rays yet and she still has not called for the apt date. I asked does she have an idea when she will call? and all she said was "I will call you as soon as the doctor sees your x-rays." You know at this point, I am so turned off by how poor their customer service is and have really no desire to go there anymore because my impression of this dental clinic is by far the most inferior when it comes to client service. Even if the dentist is superb, if the first person you talk to at the front desk sucks, it will drive you away and NUTS!! Not to mention she mentioned to me that "I have been doing this for so many years...so I will call you when I can". OH MY GOD! Tell me if that won't drive you crazy and away from this place! There are no words but so UNPROFESSIONAL and INEFFICIENT.

  Dr. Patel provides excellent care and is very experienced in providing a variety of routine and advanced dental services. The practice is very accommodating in terms of office hours and he and Mrs. Patel work hard to make your visit as pleasant as it possibly can be.

  I have always been terrified of dentist due to a horrible experience. But was forced to seek out another for a bad tooth,someone suggested Dr. Patel to me. He totally understood my issues with dentists,and took extra care to help me thru. How awesome! Now 20 yrs later I had to return, and I received the very same gracious care and attitude and was able to take care of another one.And to top it all off,it was so affordable. Thank you Dr Patel and Ms Patel for restoring my faith back in your dentistry. I will never be the same without you. May the Lord richly bless you always.....from a super happy camper! I would recomend him to everyone,everywhere!
