  Came to repair a gas fireplace after a 2 week wait. Tech showed up checked pressure said he didn't have his line cleaning tool that he normally carry's. Spent 20 minutes billed us $100.00. Promised to return ASAP. Have called them 3 times and asked when they could come. I understand they are busy but it's been 3 weeks and no response. Wow the definition of customer no service. I wish I could have rated them Zero! Update!! 2 days after I posted this review ( weird how that works) they called to schedule an appointment. it's now the end of February and winter is over! But Ok, lets still get it fixed. We ask and they agree for a 60 minute "heads up" before the tech comes so we can leave work. They said no problem! So the day finally comes, and they call me. I said "thanks, I'll be home in an hour. She say's " that is entirely too late" and I say but we had an agreement to avoid taking an entire day off work waiting. My wife set it up this way for me. She called them back and questions them. They come to another agreement, they'll schedule us first then she or I can go to work late. They leave it at, "I'll call you and set it up." SHOCKER, they never called, again!!!! I'll freeze before I call this company ever again!!!!!
