  The delivery and installation went great. Unfortunately, we had some small issues which were quickly addressed by this installation crew. He provided us some tip and tricks of carpet maintenance.
  
  We have since had an issue with the carpet in our master bedroom. My wife and I were very disappointed.
  
  We worked with the Store Manager, Brian, on making thing right. Ultimately, Brian was authorized to replace or credit the carpet. I have been impressed with Brian's customer service skills thus far.
  
  Mistakes happen in business but it's the businesses ability to make a customer happy that gets tons of referrals and life long customers.
  
  I'm currently in the process of selecting a new carpet and will be posting a final review on the outcome of this transaction to see if they in fact earned a life long customer.
  
  Update: Since the review we have had the new carpet installed (one of a better quality). Once again, the Store Manager, Brian, did a great job at helping us select the replacement carpet. Installers did a great job (again).
  
  Floor trader lived up to their promise. I would and will refer them in the future.
